How would you phrase the response when the truthful answer is perfectionism? It sounds like such a cliche fake answer to make yourself seem better but it can be literally crippling 😂

Oooo this is good! My go-to is organization. I am currently working on improving my ability to keep a checklist or a calendar and repeatedly go back to it to stay on track and be productive. I occasionally forget to add tasks but I'm in a much better place than I used to be

That response made me cringe. It could be true for someone, but I wouldn't want to say that since it tells them thay you basically have no boundaries and don't know how to say no. I say "too focused, need to remind myself to pull back and see the big picture, etc" but either way it's a horrible interview question.
