Would receiving a compliment about my work from a supervisor be an accomplishment? It isn't necessarily a project that I completed, but when I was leaving my last job my supervisor told me that he would always check the schedule to see if I opened the store with him and if I was, he would be so relieved because he knew it would be a good morning and everything would be taken care of. I felt accomplished when he told me that, but Im not sure if that's the type of answer to give.

How about a video where you give us :( student that are applying for an exchange program to potentially get a scholarship) tips and tricks on how to write a good personal statement.

No employers want hear about how much you run. They only give a shit about them selves. I don't feel this is a great strategy.
