Yuck, I stay away from yellow/red C2. Green is not as bad, still 20 grams of sugar in a 500 ml classic green tea. For comparison there is 33.5 g in a regular coca cola. Diabetes is a real problem, stay healthy...For people that like Green tea an alternative is Chai Li Wo Japanese style green tea (600 ml). I find it at 7-11 and Robinsons throughout NCR.
