once I learned I had a narcissist co-worker I played it cool. I no was interested what she had to say. very talkative but was not smart enough to pay attention to her constant lying. She lied about every she did etc. she would tell me about the same topic with different endings and of course I never told I caught on. I just did not care what she had to say or believed her. the best thing she was let go and voila my problem was solved.
