I had an issue where mine wouldn’t want to go forward or backward very far. I guess you have to put a little more pressure around the handle for it to auto feed properly.

I wish you could retract the cable without changing the direction of rotation the take a chance is letting go whatever the head grabbed and leaving it in the drain like a ball of hair

I have a Rigid trap snake same thing as this. However that Ridgid is going for over 50 bucks. The Milwaukee is on special for 30 bucks right now. Yes you can put a drill on it which is how I plan to use it that gives way more control due to variable speed rather than spending 100 bucks on the Milwaukee power source. So best bang for your buck at this moment is actually Milwaukee

He was going countrerclockwise, He should have been going clockwise on the insertion

It literally took me 5 mins to hook up my auger drive “ no instructions “ and hit pop and clear a urinal ..

My only problem how the heck to your remove the tool drive ? Lol
