I genuinely want to know how you tell if it’s safe to use this? I thought of the wax ring issue, and the blowback issue as most people commenting have mentioned. But, is there anyway to tell if this isn’t going to absolutely wreck a pipe down stream and cause a pipe or valve to burst?

Notice the handicap seat. This is an elderly person that takes medication making their stool hard as a rock. I’d be careful you don’t blow out the wax seal on the toilet.
