Thanks for the video. You made some great points. I've been looking at using the 3-5-2, but not this variation. To me, the 3-4-1-2 (favored by Gasparini at Atalanta) seems much more balanced. With the 3-4-2-1, when the 2 push forward, there's a huge gap behind them. I like the idea of 2 strikers and 1 (a creative play-maker) sitting in behind them to fill that gap, play balls through, and get forward when possible. I'd like to see you do a video on this formation.
