I started Hasfit in 2013. I was at the Warrior level then. 11years now! I’m 53 and still doing it. It gets a little tough these days, but I’m trying to keep up. At 15 mins, I was like “no break?” I need a break!😭

I have trouble working out consistently during the school year and I couldn’t work out after school because I’d be so tired and swamped with homework. I started waking up half an hour earlier than I usually did and I can fit in a nice 30min workout! It’s so hard to wake up in the morning but I feel a lot better after my morning workout. This is one of my absolute favorite 30min workouts because it’s totally body and it burns, and I find the kickboxing really fun! :) makes me energized before school starts! not to mention this workout seems to be the perfect fitness level for me! thank u coach!
