Hello everyone!

Since I received thousands of messages regarding programming topic I decided to start with series of videos that will help you program your routines. This topic is really wide so I decided to split it into a few videos. Today we’ll discuss how many times should you train a week. As everything it depends, I decided to present you the most important factors and my recommendations but remember, it is still only you who decide!

I started last summer doing exercise and I was lucky if I had the energy to do two workouts a week. Now, almost a year later, I can't stop working out, it's like an addiction, I want to train every damn day!

Rest is the most important factor and the most underestimated Factor of physical training. Not only the amount of rest between workouts, but also the amount of rest in between sets. So many people get discouraged and discontinue physical training because of their lack of understanding of rest and regeneration.

Hey, can you do best calisthenics exercises for lower back? Because i dont have weight and only a weight vest. And it looks like you know what you're doing including ur lower back.. 🤨👍😆
