Whenever I get salad at a buffet I always put sprouts in it...the give a nice little crunch to sandwiches and they're just yummy lol

Is the phytic acid in the seed neutralized by the time it is converted into a sprout?

Try adding some seaweed salt to your sprouts on your sandwich. Delicious!

Use untreated water not chlorinated/ floride water it's just better for us.

Stop please throwing the water down the drain when you rinse your lentils dispose of the rinsed water in a bucket and water your garden. 😊
