I agree w/the above posters: Break apart the bunch...and rinse/rub each stem separately. Also...in mature (big-ass) Bok Choy, cut off the leaves and slice them. SLice the white stalks--and cook these first because it takes a bit longer to cook. If you cook the leaves at the same time as the stalks, the leaves will overcook.

You know what, I love bok choy and this was quick and easy and didn't dissapoint. Whipped up four baby bok chois in less than 10m and they were satisfying. :)

I bought bok choy for the first time and when I was chosing a bundle at the market I notice a small slug on one. I think cleaning and cutting one stalk at a time is probably the way to go.

Only rinse the sandy dirt, not the normal dirt!

Break each leaf off and wash the white parts individually!

Lost me at "chicken stock". Otherwise very good.

No no noo!.. wash each individual stock.... then cut into chunks! swirling cut greens in a bowl is NOT sanitary. ...

You are supposed to rinse then cut then wash each layer separate 🤦‍♀️ you never swish it in a bowl you use a strainer
