Your method of cooking Bok Choy is absolutely delicious!! I watched this MONTHS ago and that was when i first tried it. It was so freaking delicious that my kids wanted some, but deep down inside my mind I was like, These kids are tripping." Lol but of course I shared it and they LOVED it. So now I buy 3 packages of Bok Choy and my kids get thrilled when I cook it. I'm making some tonight!! With it, we're having sautéed chicken, jasmine rice, steamed vegetable dumplings, and stir fry vegetables.
