When a Fat Loss Stall is NOT a Stall ‼️

A true stall is lack of visual and/or scale weight change for 2-3 weeks, but many might not be stalled.

Fatigue can mask fat loss that has been occurring the entire time.

How to recognize a stall from fatigue?

Visuals show local inflammation, typically in quads for many.

Scale weight starts trending upwards despite diet and cardio adherence.

Gym performance is a struggle to uphold.

Desire to train and daily energy is dropping off.

Legs feel heavy “walking in sand”.

At some point high fatigue can limit fat loss from lessened output and we also need a clear picture of fat loss, so we need tools to drop off fatigue.

This is when you should be using De-Output days and Refeeds days to pull down fatigue.
