that day i found such a place to build and i did have a idea of what i could build there but for some reason i just couldnt put my idea into a build, maybe i didnt really want to build that or maybe i just didnt have evough time to figure out what i wanted exactly.

thats when i realized that i dont need to be like you, even if i really like to see you build and how i get determined to do the same after watching you, building is just not my best point and i dont really have to do it no matter how i dream about it i just cant.

On a side note a underworld mining/trading village for dwarves would be cool as a build with like massive stalagmite/stalactites and giant dwarf statues with like glow squid and blue and purple frog lights and yeah 👍

Flows videos are just so peaceful, i was watching this while doing my homework and ive almost never been more concentrated while peeking at flows insane builds once in a while, the music, the voice, the peaceful shaders. Its all just so perfect

Axiom (more heavy duty world-edit) actually has several extra hotbars using alt or whatever keybind is used will expand the hotbar to a kinda menu and you can choose whichever one. The mod has a lot of QoL features like noclip, instareplacing mined block with the one held etc. and basically blender in minecraft. i still mostly build traditionally by hand since i'm more used to world-edit but axiom blew my mind first time i used it.

I don't know about the other people, but one of the reasons I'm genuienly enjoying that content is manual calm building, even terrain-adjustments are done manually by TNT and the only time he used world edit is to copy-paste some TNT to manually shape the world.

That, and the fact that all those buildings are human-sized, no oversized rooms/furniture and other stuff. You can live in one of those houses/villages/bases

There is a mod called Extended Hotbar, it adds like a second hotbar to your arsenal, it initially stays on top of the normal hotbar but if you enable the fluent mode you can make it stay next to the normal one and it makes you able to fluently scroll across both of them.

Flow if you want a solve to the limited hotbar you should check out the mod Axiom. It lets you scroll between 9 different hotbars and adds a ridiculous amount of quality of life stuff specifically for building
