Usually, I sleep to stuff like this; so glad I clicked on it while I'm cleaning!
The music is so fitting, , that I kept forgetting it was there. Subscribed.

I am begging you to reupload this without the music or at the least turn it WAY down.

1- *Stability and the Galactic Habitable zone*
Sun-like stars? You mean G class stars. Problem is that most G class stars are not actually "sun-like". They have found that the sun is usually stable for even a G class star. To date we have only found 2 G class stars that are as stable as ours. So that 20 billion G class stars can be reduced by an as yet unknown number.
Our sun is also higher in metalicity than other G class stars as well. They aren't sure why.
Keep in mind that only a fraction of all stars are in what's called the galactic habitable zone. Too close and you are crowded by other stars which will throw orbits into chaos and has a lot more high energy rays. Too far out and the gasses and radiation becomes a problem.

2- *Planetary Habitable Zone*
This term gets thrown around far too loosely and gives people the wrong impression. Its only requirement is a temperature that allows for liquid water. However, the Earth is in a much smaller zone that allows water to exist simultaneously in all its 3 phases, liquid, gas (vapor), and solid (ice).

3- * Not being discovered yet*
This doesn't;t actually address the root of the paradox. The universe is about 14 billion years old and therefore advanced civs should have sprung up billions of years before mankind. Even at the sublight speeds we are capable of, it would only take a few million years to colonize every star in the Milky Way. Not being discovered is not even an issue. The point is that we should see aliens everywhere including within our own solar system and earth would've been colonized long before mankind ever evolved.

4- The same answer applies to "our radios aren;t powerful enough" and "space being too big for communications".

5- *The Zoo Hypothesis*
Any viable answer to the paradox must be universally true for all alien civilizations and all of the members of those civilizations. Impossible to enforce or be universally agreed to. It would only take a single rogue member of a single alien society to break the quarantine.

6- *Aliens aren't interested in Earth*
Curiosity is a requirement for any advanced alien civ to exist. Without curiosity, you never gain science and technology.

7- *We are the First*
Viable solution.

8- *Government cover-up.* Far too many people involved for a cover-up of this scale.

9- Same answer as the Zoo hypothesis.

10- *Simulated universe*
No good evidence to indicate this is true or even possible. Might as well say "god made it that way".

11- *Interstellar flight is a uniquely human trait*
Expansion is a trait of all life in order for long term survival. Without that, they would never have existed long enough to become a civ at all.

I'm tired so I'll leave it at that. I personally think the Rare Earth or the Progenitor hypotheses are correct. I would point out that although this video list it separately, the great and small filters argument is part of the Rare Earth hypothesis.

Great video, but all the talking was distracting me while I was trying to enjoy the music.

Space is just to vast. Plus it's all about your time lines matching up witch is almost impossible

The true solution to the Fermi Paradox isn't covered in the video. If you want to know about the actual solution, then look it up e.g. at the very top of the so-called Talk page of the Fermi Paradox Wikipedia page.
