Fastest Way to Dice or Julienne Carrots | Vegetable Chopping Channel

I like to chop vegetables. Here I am dicing carrots. I hope you enjoy! ASMR fruit and vegetable chopping with no music or talking. About my knives: I use 3 knives almost exclusively. They are:

Winco KC-401 vegetable cleaver - $14
Victorinox 8” chef’s knife - $35
Pampered Chef 3” paring knife #1067 from the retired Forged Cutlery collection - $60 (hard to find)

The Winco KC-401 is made of one seamless piece of stainless steel that is easy to wash. If you chop lots of vegetables with a chef’s knife or a santoku knife and feel like there must be a better way, the Winco KC-401 vegetable cleaver is the better way. Take a $14 chance and buy one. It chops and scoops, you will never go back.

I also love my Victorinox 8” chef’s knife with Fibrox (black plastic) handle. It is the only chef’s knife I will ever need, and if anything bad happens, it can be replaced for about $35.

Last is a Pampered Chef 3” paring knife #1067 from the Forged Cutlery collection. The collection is retired but occasionally one of these paring knives will turn up on eBay for around $60. Mine was a gift from my wife and it is phenomenal. It is practically perfect in every way.
