Show up for
Puke in the trash cans, clog the toilets and constantly cough and blow your nose.

Chances are your coworkers will INSIST they send you home.😊

It gets even better when you're in the transportation industry, where the federal regulations both give us the unilateral authority to refuse to report and/or operate when ill or fatigued, but also stipulate that you cannot face any punishment for doing so... then legal gets involved, HR starts a whole ordeal, and the situation ends with you getting at-willed and no lawyer being willing to touch your case because it's too much work. Good times, good times... I'm definitely not pissed off because I'm STILL unemployed because of that shit

Guess what, in my Carpentry Company you can take as many sick days you need, cause you are paid by the hour with only 2 weeks of paid time off. The only problem would be if you're constantly "sick"

I don’t see any problem with that.
Obviously you’ve already missed several days in the calendar year because you’ve already used up all your sick days. If it’s a chronic condition you can get on FMLA.
