As a Brit, even I get confused on the road, had to go around a roundabout 5 times just to read the damn road arrows

These are the easiest because you literally just follow the lines! I love them. But they give me sm anxiety in my area because sometimes it’s like every side is coming across on you because they’re in the wrong lane 😭😭

Every roundabout should be like this. There's no reason for some of them not to be. They're so much easier for everyone and theres no chance of messing up

Thankfully this is sort of a traffic light controlled circular junction. (You don’t need to give way to 3 lanes of traffic, doing 50mph, from the right). Much easier !

If it were a full roundabout it would just be cars everywhere, and if you were lucky enough to eventually find a gap, you wouldn’t be able to see any of the lanes or the obscure road numbers “A4381 (NE)” written on them, let alone have time to casually look around counting exits.

Just put on your hazards, close your eyes, release the wheel and let centrifugal forces gradually move your car to the correct exit. Doesn’t always work, so make sure you have a good insurance policy. 🙂
