Starliner Update: Elon Musk’s Dragon to Rescue Boeing's Starliner Astronauts?

With 2 Starliner Astronauts aboard the ISS , the question is how will they get home?
Issues with Starliner still remain. Will NASA risk returning them back on the beleaguered spacecraft or will they call for the tried and trusted SpaceX Dragon to assist?
Will Elon Musk ride to the rescue?

Try to be fair Starliner is not stuck nor are the astronauts. This is not optimal obviously, taking the time to understand the vehicle during the test mission helps later on. Dragon OFT-1 was up there for longer than expected too. We need to love both vehicles because 2 is better than 1
