Thank you. Been waking up in the night for past month with burning/pins and needles in both hands (right hand worse) and now identified as CTS (and as you explain, caused by repetive use, I can now pinpoint it to my job which is packing clothing so all day of constant hand/wrist repeats) So I will start your execrices and comment back in a month to say if they have relieved the problem.

Hi, thank you for the exercises. I have these symptoms due to a fractured radius. I am finding some of the exercises difficult due to arthritis in my thumb joints. Is there an easier, paid fee way to do the stretching exercises please?

Hello, I have had a EMG test to determine my media nerve pain. The neurologist found the media nerve numbness might be somewhere in my spine area that he could not reach with the EMG test. I went through 5 weeks of rehab. When had no affect i was told to get a wrist brace and wear it for a month when I sleep. Again no help. Any suggestions? Thank you

I was dianosed decades ago but recently started experiencing an increase in discomfort as well as frequency. I will practice your exercises to promote natural pain relief and healing.

it’s working but it’s only on one side of my hand, my left side of my left hand is still really tense and still hurts but the right side is completely fine. is there any helpful tips you could recommend? i’d really appreciate it and thank you if you do
