Carpal Tunnel Exercise to Heal Naturally #shorts

Carpal tunnel syndrome is usually due to 2 main problems - weak palm muscles and weak shrugging muscles. Weakness in these 2 muscle groups can cause the nerve pathway to become compressed over time. Strengthening these muscles helps to fix the underlying root problem of carpal tunnel syndrome.

Excellent post doctor, as always! Nobody explained that to me for the last 19 years I'm dealing with carpal tunnel syndrome. Thank you very much indeed! God bless!

You helped me recover from meniscus tear this time last year with your instructional support and your thorough kinesthetic therapy videos which explain cc better moves. Suffered with carpal tunnel, thumb and wrist arthritis for well over ten years… ordered this from your suggestion. Will be here tomorrow. I am a lifetime student in this amazing awareness that my body is already in healing. This retired 40 years school teacher, continuing yoga enthusiast and practicing yoga teacher for 18 years is extremely thankful for your channel and your genuine care for helping others move better in their bodies. Thank you!!!! Please know your passion matters.

I just did this and probably the best release of pressure instantly. No one has ever explained why this works.

Thank you. I've done a decent amount of research on this and this is the first time I'm hearing it explained this type of detail which makes me understand what exercises are helping with what.

I found I cured my carpel tunnel by using a rolling pin! I'd discovered some healthy dough and so I had to roll it everyday!! I used an old wooden rolling pin that had more oval type edges that would roll on both my hand tendons as I had to use both hands to obviously use it!!!Works a charm!! ❤❤ VOULLA!!!

But using that hand device makes it worse. We use our thumb to grip a pen and that’s when the pain kicks in. So why aggravate the tendons near the base of the thumb?

The pain is driving me nuts and it's worse at night, but I count myself lucky I only got 1 month left till my baby is born and it will go away, I had it last year on my son, not pleasant at all, hope everyone seeks relief from this

I was diagnosed wirh carpal tunnel a month ago jn bith hands, byt what i went to the doctor for initially was merve conduction issues from the neck down on both sides. They tested from the arm down, not the neck, gave me carpal tunnel, so i gave up again. Then, two days ago i got some good traction on my neck and shattered the calcification conpressing these very nerves. Got that jice hot/cold rush of electroc sensation coning back and had to use a pillow of halfbthe thickness last night because my neck is finally laying flat!
Guess what im saying is, thanks for benfa professional who knows wha hes doing, because i had to find this information out by myself through self manipulation, triao ad error. Stay well!!!

idk mine's from my forearm muscles that do flexion being stronger than the ones that do extension. If I stretch the flexion muscles and do exercises to tighten the extension ones, somehow that pulls the carpal bones upward enough to feel a pressure release. Basically an imbalance in muscle tension in the forearm from too much typing.

Mine is from gripping a hand scanner at work for years so gripping won't work. Maybe the shoulder shrug.

Gonna t r y these. Idk if I have carpal tunnel. I think it is it. But my dr wants a m.r.i of my neck n thinks it's compressed nerve in neck and said if so surgery ... 😢 my right middle fingers burn sting tingle like pins n needles 90 percent of my day I can't sleep. It goes numb. Nonstop about 3 weeks now.😢

Should i start strengthening my grip after letting the symptoms diminish (after a few rest days)? Or is it ok to start while i still feel some wrist and hand pain?

Also would you recommend keeping my hands warm as long as possible? I’ve heard people say and ice bath can encourage healing but my rationale thinks warmth work better

I actually have not aligned right wing and right collar bone since I was younger. I develop carpal tunnel syndrom due to repetitive tasks. Now it hurts my whole arms, shoulder, and back. Is it still because of the CTS? When I shrug, there's a pain behind my right shoulder muscle
