Heart palpitations can feel disturbing and make you worry about your health.

It may feel like a fluttering in your chest, pounding heart, heart racing, or feel like your heart skips a beat.

Luckily, there is a way to relieve heart palpitations that can help most people immediately.

Watch the video to learn how.

Palpitations are usually benign, but ask your doctor about your heart palpitations. They may recommend an ECG to check your heart beat, which only takes a few minutes.

I've been suffering from heart palpitations (mostly in my sleep) for over 70 years. Somehow, I'm still alive!

When I started having these events, I lived about 15 minutes out of town.
So by the time I drove myself to the hospital, the palpitations had stopped.
It's simple, I was focused on driving, and not panicking about the palpitations!
So when I get them now, I distract myself from the panic with some mundane chore, like washing dishes, or bagging trash. Nothing too physical! In a couple minutes, the palpitations have passed, and I'm fine. Sometimes I still drive to town, but it's to the grocery store.
Do something easy! NOT hard physical labor!!! Something like folding laundry. Focusing on the folding helps you relax! Definitely breath slowly, and don't give in to panic!!!
These are my personal experiences, and how I focus on staying calm.
_I hope this helps someone out there!_

I have able to completely stop my palpitations when they start, by very slowly inhaling through my nose until my lungs were cannot take in any more oxygen, holding it for 5 seconds and then slowly exhaling. The palpitations usually stop either when I hold my breath or during the exhaling. For me, it has worked everytime.

Try sleeping on your right side, the heart rests on the pericardium tissue which gives it rest, I’m not a doctor but it has helped me

I have had periodic bouts of palpitations since I was a teenager. I found a similar routine helped, but added to that holding my breath with fully inflated lungs for a while, feeling as though I was putting pressure onto my heart. It stopped happening in my mid years, but has now returned on occasions (I am now 82 with aortic stenosis!) and the same routine still works!

I suffered with heart palpitations for years and became disturbingly frequent during the stress of pandemic. I stumbled upon Wim Hof training which included deep breathing exercises, and with my only intention of reducing anxiety, I healed myself and no longer suffer from anxiety and heart palpitations. Yet “Doctors” told me it was normal and offered no treatment or solutions….surprised?

This is how I arrest my palpitations: I allow it to run for 20-40 secs. Then I take a very deep breath and block my breathing and tighten my stomach hard telling the heart to stop. Then it switches to normal rythm and everything returns to normal.

Magnesium glycinate 400 milligrams daily at night time got rid of mine. 6 breaths per minute lowers my blood pressure to normal levels. Didn't know it helped palpitations. Awesome!

You are beautiful. I will implement this immediately. I hope it continues to be an easy journey for you. I started to go down a rabbit hole (stress/heart disease/anxiety/covid shot etc etc) but have come to realize it’s probably a combination of this from over the years (mainly stress/lack of sleep/lots of worry) I really needed this convo, thank you so much.

I’ve been experiencing heart palpitations daily I am definitely going to try this because the only things doctors are trying to do was put me on medication.

I completely resolved over 3 years of heart palpitations by adding 1 Tbls granulated lecithin daily to my diet. The idea came from my massage therapist when I told him that, as he massaged my legs, it felt as if my muscles were stuck together. "Hmmm, " he said, "it sounds as if you may be lacking in lecithin." Voila! case closed. My heart palpitations stopped almost immediately as soon as I started adding 1 Tbls granulated lecithin to my morning meal.

It works for me, I had palpating for 38 years, but I just do about three or more sometimes, but it stops my palpations, maybe I should try your remedy and I might get rid of them all together, one doctor told me the one who, diagnosed me with palpations, said they won’t kill you, so far he is right I will soon be 74, and I have had some bad banging in my chest, on times, but I trusted my wonderful doctor he seemed to be always right, because everyone said the same about him, wonderful doctor and a good person, I won’t say his name but I know what some people in my area are saying, yes that’s him, rusty

Thank you so much for this video and for the other visual for doing the breathing. I have been having PVCs since last two weeks and just seeing these studies makes me feel so much better. The breathing exercise helps! I am also taking Magnesium supplement which helps too.
