This is a beautiful way that I use to put my clients into hypnosis.
Rolling up your eyeball stimulates the pineal gland and your eyelids fluttering is Rapid eye movement. When you eventually close your eyes with the heaviness the pineal glad produces melatonin especially at night. Best to induce sleep. Love this luke.

Hm ... I tried something similar that I saw in a Vagus nerve video. This gives me a very different feel, though. Now, I'm going to have to find that ivdeo and see what the difference is. Both were good. Just different.
