I remember my primary school teacher teaching me this. One of the best things to calm yourself down. I have been using this for years.

...best 'hack' for me when I get anxiety: reciting poems or phone numbers in my head...and if that doesn't work, I just smile and leave...very thankful I learned to set and hold my boundaries.

Taking my time to try to listen and show compassion is number one.🔥🌱🙏♥️🐝🌻

I've been on a spiritual journey trying so hard to lean on the Lord. With the help of Julie I feel I have the tools now to succeed. Till I saw this short video it mad me think deep. It made me break why didn't I try my best sooner is it to late for me? I'm a broken soul trying my best everyday. My best everyday to overcome these demons overcome myself who at times makes me feel I am the demon. Even when everyone has gave up on me. This is my time please lord take me under your protection I ask I beg I give myself To you.
