This track blends guided sleep hypnosis, guided meditation and positive suggestions and/or imagery. It is designed to help soothe and quieten your mind, as well as to reduce the harmful effects of overthinking at night. When you are able to prevent your mind from wandering into the future or into the past – especially when doing so creates anxiety – you are able to access your subconscious mind. Your subconscious control mind is far more amenable to positive and encouraging suggestions when you are in the trance state.

This audio track daily is safe and suitable for frequent listening – as many times as you wish. Since hypnosis helps induce positive behavioural change, a different version of you will be listening each time and so your subconscious will enjoy a different experience on each occasion you tune in.

If you are here unable to sleep because your thoughts won't let you, because you are not doing well in life like I am, because you're unsure of tomorrow and you're not at peace, i really do hope that we break free from these chains and achieve breakthrough. I suffer from insomnia for a while. I found this video by chance and said I will give it a try. When I woke up in the morning the only question I had was when did I fall asleep? Thank you very much. Really, it saved me from insomnia. I hope everyone will try this video, as it is worth every minute.

Thank you for making this video. While I don't think there's much to help me fall asleep, it was nice to not have to be alone while I lie awake tonight. It's comforting to listen to someone else for a change so thank you so much!
If anyone else is going through the same trouble, you're not alone. And maybe we can't sleep right now, and I don't know if or when we will, but atleast we're all awake together and we get to watch the moon that everyone misses. We get to enjoy the cozyness of our beds a little longer. And eventually we do fall asleep and get some rest so we can wake up on a new day with new hope that maybe tonight we'll fall asleep just a little easier. I'm sorry, I don't really know what I'm saying or if it's any comfort. I think all people like me really have is hope and undying optimism because nothing in the world can tell me when things get better, I just have to believe they will. Nick your work is the best! If anyone reading this struggles with stress, anxiety, PTSD, negative feelings, bad dreams, insomnia... like i do? Than you are in the right spot! Nick's soothing voice paired with soothing backgrounds (or not.. he has many varieties!) along side his talent for his careful placement of words to float you off to a better space in your mind to allow relaxation. I have struggled DEEPLY with sleep my entire life due to my PTSD mostly.. i heard of sleep hypnosis and guided meditation but i never tried it until about 9 months ago when I got clean and sober. I searched and searched for the right one.. never quite getting what i was looking for until i stumbled across Nick's videos! The dark background makes it even better because I cast it to my TV and like to listen in surround sound and engulf myself in the experience. And ever since I found Nick's videos I have stuck with them faithfully every single night for almost 7 months now i believe?

I have insomnia and was really hoping this would work. It doesn't but it's still good to listen to 👍 The longest sleep I've ever had since childhood is 4 hours, I count myself lucky if I get 1 hour. Sending love to anyone else who can't sleep either, it effects really everything in life ❤️

I have chronic health issues and sometimes struggle to sleep, I have found this has worked so well, and so far has helped me get to sleep where others and alternative methods have failed. I suffer from terrible insomnia and cranky most days. THIS was like a date rape drug.... i remember seeing video. Reading 1st few comments. Heard a relaxing voice in my ear for a couple minutes and then woke up with sunlight hitting my face. I wasnt even mad at the sunlight. My mood is better. Thank you. Truly.
