Test out a day of training from Week 2 of the THPstrength program. This is early on in the 12 week cycle - weights are lighter percentages with higher rep schemes to get comfortable with the movements. Intensity will continue to build over the 12 weeks.

Hey John, are you using a hook grip on the cleans? If so, Any tips on Re gaining the hook when coming down from the rack position. I struggle keeping it after the first without going back to ground

I like both styles of videos I'd say keep mixing it up based on how busy you are 👍 Those squats look horrible, high rep squats become cardio I swear 😂
