Anytime I see Jay doing 2jz things I count it as knowledge so I click take notes and save the video for future reference. Honestly I wish I had the experience for building a long running big hp 2jz motor. Also Jay how do you feel about the DART 2jz blocks that's soon to be if not already for the customer? Nice, I love this kind of stuff. A car that I helped build went 262.3 in the standing mile with about 2, 200 hp 427 lsx TT with a H pattern T56.

I'm.a little surprised to see H beam rods in it. I know everyone like to use them, but technically an I beam rods is stronger, isn't it? Between my machinist and I, we have discussed this many times- I'm a mechanic and engine builder in Australia and do a lot of RB stuff for drag racing. I use I beam rods (steel) in most of my builds. I should point out that most of these engines are street/strip engines, hence the steel rods

How/why do you choose the piston pin retainers that you do? I usually prefer spiral lock rings, but notice you seem to always use spring clips...
