How to avoid FOMO with your Trades

I always tell myself.. the trade needs me more than I need the trade. That lets be step back. I also have rules about how far it can move beyond what would be a good entry point.

Whenever I get FOMO, I just take a walk. When I come back an hour or two later to the charts, 90% of the time I'm relieved I didn't ape into the trade lol
