I wasnt financial free until my 40’s and I’m still in my 40’s, bought my second house already, earn on a monthly through passive income and got 4 out of 5 goals, just hope it encourages someone that it doesn’t matter if you don’t have any of them right now, you can start TODAY regardless your age INVEST and change your future! Investing is a grand choice I made. Great video! Thanks for sharing!
Very inspiring! I love this

It’s so easy to get back into debt. I paid off all my student debt and started a business… resulted me getting back into debt, I then stopped budgeting which also resulted in the debt building up. But I didn’t rack too much. I will get back to getting my finance back together. Thank you for sharing 😊!

I’m thankful for Dave Ramsey for the fact that he put me on the right path, but like you, I’ve made this journey my own and don’t plan on following his advice 100%. Focusing on our finances set our priorities straight!

Thanks for posting this. Seriously. So MOTIVATING!! Security really is the motivator for me.

Gazelle intense doesn't work for me either😳 Really hoping to get these high balance credit cards behind me for good this time-but maybe just a little slower than before...

I am hoping to still use debt on credit cards in the future but as a tool. Something I can maintain/pay off each month and doesn't control me.

WOW! congrats on paying off the debt. I'm back in credit card debt, but i've found on my debt-free journey there was a lot of wrong information I had to correct around my disability benefits. Now mentally I am in a completely different place knowing I can manage my money and have all the things I want in my life.

@deardept

You said something about holding a balance on a credit card to build credit is not necessary? I got one to build credit and bought something for 200 $ to make small payments on. What do you recommend best way to do that?
You should do a video on that

Hi Amy. Thank you so much for making videos. It has inspired me a lot. Right now I decided to start YT to kind of keep myself accountable for my debt. However recently especially in December I have a much of hiccups. How do you decide where to allocate your money to each month?

Amy, do you have a link to a video or post that shows where y'all started and how you prioritized getting out of debt?

I think it’s amazing that you are a one car family…that’s such a rarity and unfortunately impossible for so many families because the expense of vehicles is such a drain! I’d love for my husband and I to be able to do this someday.
We are moving into a new phase of our debt journey. We got married this year so the way we’re moving forward has obviously shifted for us. We’re focusing in 2023 on paying off our vehicles and buying our first home together…this is so huge for us. We’ve started cash budgeting, will be doing a “no spend” in January, and we’re both reading “I will teach you to be rich” and doing the journal together. I’ve also got some trackers up on our wall to help keep us motivated!
