Imagine an entire gaming company with the same amount of passion as the guy who made this game. One can dream..

The dev statement that came out that basically said this isn't going to be Total War, or Crusader Kings, but Banished with some combat on the side, that made me happy. That's all I want. A modern successor to Banished. What a stellar city builder that was. And still is.

This game, developed by 1 person, in early access looks way better, more complete and less predatory than a quadruple A game created by a company of 20000+ employees! :o

With the artistic style of the buildings and roads i would not be surprised to see Geralt of Rivia coming into town to check the bounty board for a new hunt.

one thing missed was that the leveling tree is for that area, not the whole map. So if you want one town to do farming, and another town to do mining, you can upgrade points accordingly.

Settlers on steroids. It's like society simulator. Best thing is everything is connected and graphicaly presented. Everyone who played Settlers 3, 4 (Amiga times), will be super happy with this game. Me :)

One thing that wasn't mentioned in the video was the importance of historical accuracy. There is a historian who playing the beta and kept being blown away by the achetechtural realizm. Personally I've been super excited about this since I first heard of it and really enjoyed the beta.

Sometimes I am in the mood for city builders and I am glad people are still making them! I remember playing the OG roller coaster tycoons back in the day. I would love a modernized version of those.

Kudos to Slavic Magic for that Steam post you mentioned. A developer setting proper expectations for the playerbase helps everyone from the developers to the players and Steam as well as it will curtail refunds and make early access way better for everyone.

In just 10 hours, we can immerse ourselves in this long-awaited, amazing city builder game and truly appreciate all the time and effort poured into making this one-of-a-kind experience.

I'm not a city builder type of gaming. I mostly play RPG, story driven, single player games but Mr. Falcon explained it to me like I'm a 5 year old for this. I love it and now I'm gonna support the guy who made this awesome game. I love supporting small studios like this. Thank u Gameranx!

Gonna be real, I’d love it if you had a game that was a mix of this and Medieval Dynasty, not only planning things out like this from topside, but also getting to go out and take part in the tasks themselves. I understand that’s not something a lord is typically shown to do, but it’s always nice to break the norm

Just wanted to say that medieval buildings are some of the most extravagant and ornate buildings ever built, more intricate than most buildings built today

The more realistic version of this is your lord going to war and your troops being levied. Deal with raiders while meeting a quota of supplying and equipping so many men. Seems like a very in-depth and interesting game! Can’t wait to play it on console in three years
