Linkin Park Are BACK! New Singer, Song + Upcoming Album

Linkin Park are officially back with new vocalist Emily Armstrong, a new drummer and a couple of returning members. They also shared a new song, details about their upcoming new album and some 2024 tour dates.

With the mental health issues and child abuse that led to Chester’s death, it is odd that LP would dishonor his memory by bringing Emily into the band. Scientology does not believe in mental health help in any way, they also allow and cover up child abuse. These are Emily’s beliefs she got from her cult, this just feels like a bad joke on LP fans and on Chester.

Man, it’s great to see them perform again, no one will ever replace Chester, people just need to accept that. it’s not like Chester decided to quit the band, he decided to take his own life in the middle of a tour, nobody saw that coming, not even people close to him. if you’re mad about LINKIN PARK replacing him with a new singer, blame depression, if it weren’t for depression, he would still be here. nobody could’ve prevented him from doing that, despite having fame fortune a loving family and adoring fans, he was still unhappy.

I was kinda digging the new singer, beautiful voice but clearly struggled with some of the older songs. But then I found out she's a Scientologist and strongly defended Danny Masterson in his court case. I'm not digging it now.

Does Emily have a history of depression, trauma and substance abuse? Otherwise it feels so weird that someone is gonna sing songs about it while they don’t even know what they’re singing about

The fact that Linkin Park is back feels insane and great at the same time. Emily is a perfect fit, she have a very similar type of voice like Sandra Nasic and I'm pretty sure that there are a lot of great songs ahead.

I was enjoying the clips of the live performance but then I found the Scientology / Danny Masterson connection and was instantly turned off. Shame 😔

Love Chester and it will never be the same. That said Emily is awesome and I wish them all the best and I am sure Chester would be proud.
