Avacados have absolutely changed my life. Never liked them in the past, but on my quest for better health as I age. Started to feel the difference in my joints, after eating them regularly. Switched to the Oil when cooking, and I see and feel the difference!!! They are a super food!!!

I also use a cheese shredder to shred the seed and make a tea. Many of the beneficial compounds are concentrated in the seed. I leave the seed out a couple days to dry.

My guacamole 10 Avocados, heaping tablesppon garlic diced or minced, 4 fresh jalapeno diced fine without seeds, half onion diced fine, Cilantro bunch chopped fine fine, 1/4 to 1/3 cup lemon juice, Sea salt fine, 1/4 to 1/3 cup Olive Oil. Mix it all up. Keep it in the fridge in air tight container. Eat a cup every day! Great Health Benefits.

yes i agree...
2022 i started eating avocado because i dont eat startchy food no rice at all no sugary drinks.
My diet is ....
bfast at 11am with
1 avocado and 2 pcs boiled eggs boiled in 6 minutes
Lunch before 6 pm any veggie and meat a choice of 1 slice chicken or beef or pork..
the result i look so young clear and soft skin slim and my blood sugar become normal as in 5.6....

So glad to see this video today as I decided a few days ago that I was going to eat one a day. I have it with my evening meal with 2 eggs - poached or scrambled eggs.
I have already noticed less belly bulge and this is especially helpful as you’ve including some actual research as well as your own material.

I have eaten one avocado every morning/post fast for years & love it. You’re absolutely right, kicking off the day with the avocado I am satiated and have no cravings for many hours after. I feel that this hack has helped me stay at <9% body fat. Not bad at age 52 :)

I love avocados, sadly here in the US are a little expensive, but at my father's house, we have lots of avocado trees and they are amazing, and the benefits are real.

I’ve been back on keto for about 5 weeks, & 18/6 fasting. I eat an avocado as a side with olive oil for lunch every day. Mainly, I’ve noticed my skin is so much better. I weigh my self once per week. Today I’m down 5lbs. I’m recovering from rotator cuff surgery & progressing well, but I’m going to get back into the gym again after years of no real exercise apart from walking. I combine this with SR & cold showers, so I’m looking forward to seeing some huge improvements in myself over the next few months.
