As uncomfortable as it may feel, remember that they were once your age and went through the same things you are going through. A parent or adult you trust can provide the support you deserve as you go through puberty. That’s why it is important for you to have at least one adult you trust and can talk with.

I cannot understand why a teenager should talk about sex with their parents. That makes it less fun. Even more, if you lost your virginity at 18 or later, you definitely do not talk about with your parents. It's not fun being dirty if your parents know about it.
