It still struggles with understanding non-roman letters like japanese from photos. It read the sign completely wrong. The correct meaning should be "one way road, excluding bicycles", so a completely different meaning. It probably just interpreted the arrow and then made something up based on the kanji that could be assigned to an arrow on a street sign
