I drink black coffee and take an aspirin before going to the gym. I'm 59yo and I need a little help at my age 🤣.

Can you do a vid on the type of suppliments (legal) that boxers use? Also maybe talk about boxer's diets and eating habits when in camp and how to safely cut weight?

Interesting.. I feel like I drink way to much coffee .. which leads me to ask what are some negative side effects of that ?? Sometimes I feel like it might be effecting my teeth

I had to stop drinking coffee to cure chronic leg cramping. Turns out coffee makes you urinate electrolytes.
