Solved - Run cmd' As Administrator | '(Any application/program)

The video is on how to run the program like cmd, notepad, powershell, and ..., and all third party application as administrator when it does not works by 'right click' and Run As Administraror.
If you want to run any application as administrator every time you open it then its really helpful.

I have some ".CMD" files that run as administrator and other ". CMD" files won't telling me I must execute as administrator.
For example the download uup from uupdump.net work ok but if I try the download uup and convert to ISO it fails.

That didnt solve anything. The set property RunAsAdministrator is trivial and just a workaround.
