This was a neat idea for using planner during this time since nothing is going on .... would be cool to do a planner like this for a full year and check off the ones you make and rate them ... would be a cool way to widen your menu range

Made the Chicken enchilada casserole tonight since we had tacos last week and had some soft shells leftover. Delicious and easy! Small mistake in the recipe that isn't really a big deal to get around. Gonna put this in my recipe happy planner whenever it shows up.

Wow, what a great idea! You did a great job, Ally! I have so much difficulty sticking to a menu plan. Seeing the prepared dish just might work. I'm going to set up something similar in my big happy planner. I will probably print the pictures on large label sheets.
