You seem like you know so much about these streaming stuff so I REALLY hope you can help me out. I've an Avermedia Live Gamer PORTABLE. When I purchased it I expected that I could finally stream without worrying about it stressing my comp. but whenever I stream my game still lags so bad. I use OBS. Do you still need a good computer even though you have a capture card? I thought the capture card will take away all the stress from the PC? Please reply

So... question, I got a i5 4690k 3.5Ghz, 16gb ram and a r9 290x tri-x with 100/100 internet. I've been trying to set it up for high quality game and 1080p but getting some delay ingames (stutters). I am guessing this is due to my CPU, do you think I should go down to playing at 720p instead or do you have any other advice for me?
