i would get no lag while recording but the video was so bad.. and when i put the framerate to 29.97 it got FIXED... you said if the video lags decrease the frame rate which i saw NO ONE ELSE SAYING... 0:26 a thing that u can do to make it run as administrator all the time without having to right click and do it yourself, is by going into the properties of obs studio by right clicking and clicking properties. Then you go into compatibility and tick the box that says Run this program as an administrator.
