Don’t do this! Instead, change your bitrate. I stream in 720p 60fps at 4500 bitrate. This fixed my dropped frames!

This is another reason why streamlabs sucks. You don’t have a stats option to see specifically what’s making ur frames drop. It could be your cpu, gpu or internet connection. On obs you can actually do test streams and open stats to see what’s messing with your stream quality and/or game performance issues.
