I laughed out loud at the how to make empanadas for $25 part, not because it is funny, but because I feel ya!!

I was diagnosed a couple of months ago and I learned a few things about the ADHD tax.
1) It's ok to buy prepackaged individual snacks. You might feel like you're hurting the environment, but it's even more harmful and wasteful to have 34 opened boxes of expired snacks.
2) precut veggies and frozen veggies are expensive, but stopping at a fastfood joint is even more pricy.
3) it's better to keep healthy snacks around your work station than eating a box of cookies in the kitchen during your break.

The only reason I don’t buy so much is because I started budgeting and use the envelop method(putting cash in envelope). But I have a few libraries fees from my school. (Plus I’m always broke)
