Pancakes make great sandwiches - pb&j, pb & fluff, cream cheese & jelly ect. It's a change from regular bread, a different treat. It's also a space saver for camping. Freeze a large batch. They lay flat unlike a loaf of bread 😊

That would also work for removing fat from broths. The bottom would pour out the broth and you can stop before the fat falls through.
