You will need:
2 eggs
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
Frying oil (coconut)

I excluded the sour cream as I didn’t have substitutes and I also used butter and it was a bit too dry, I had to add milk and made it a bit runny but still held a decent shape while being far more flat than seen here.
Nevertheless, my son loves them, unfortunately I didn’t have syrup so I put peanut butter on a couple and he took a couple and put em together like a PB&J and was loving it!
Nothing like a semi-new food that he’s somewhat helped create.
This wouldn’t have been practical if they were fluffy like in the video, what a heartwarming moment derived from a mistake🥰
