Lightroom Quick Tips - Episode 27: Process Engine Redux

This is the 27th episode of Lightroom Quick Tips where I give a single, quick Lightroom tip.

In episode 16 of Lightroom Quick Tips I explained what the different process engines are in Lightroom and how to switch between them. In this episode I offer some practical advice on why you might want to switch to a different process engine when you're processing your image.

One other feature of using the older process engine. If you have some old presets you really like that were developed in older versions of LR they will work perfectly if you switch to the older engine.

would you please tell me what codec or program are  you using to make these videos? your mouse moves buttery smooth at only 30fps is it mjpeg codec or you add some twixtor to the whole capture?
