President Biden is speaking about his proposals for Supreme Court reform at a event commemorating the 60th anniversary of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 at the Lyndon B. Johnson Library in Austin, Texas. The White House on Monday laid out the framework of the plan, which includes 18-year term limits for justices, a binding ethics code and a constitutional amendment that would limit presidential immunity.

How about we expand the circuit court justices, then institute a randomized lottery from these justices for every Supreme Court case? This diluted and decentralized power and doesn't allow parties to game a known stacked court.

Its absolutely wild to me that a sitting president it talking about reform to the Supreme Court, before we are talk about reform to Congress. For years Americans have called for term limits for senators and representatives, and yet here we are with one of the longest serving public servants discussing reform to the courts. Good idea or not, we have to tread cautiously when one branch openly wants to make adjustments to another. Remember, we do have checks and balances for a reason.

No. 4 constitutional Amendment to take away absolute immunity that the judiciary gave themselves. Include Judiciary and President. The Constitution did not give them absolute immunity.
