Biden proposes Supreme Court, presidential immunity reform

The White House detailed Monday how President Biden wants to address Supreme Court reform by implementing term limits and an ethics code for the court's justices. Mr. Biden is also proposing changes to limit presidential immunity. CBS News legal contributor Jessica Levinson explains why Biden would have to count on Congress to make the sweeping changes.

Why not start with Congressional term limits first? Because Nancy and a lot of inside traders would be forced out. No term limits on Congress, no term limits on SCOTUS! He has no business making any decisions in his mental condition!

I have an idea, which has a precedent: put some of these things on the ballot for general elections. We did it when being asked to vote on campaign contributions from our tax returns. Why not this? I believe that right wing or left, there ARE issues most Americans can agree upon: term limits for Congress and the Supreme Court being one. I don’t know how the legality of this can be worked out, but clearly, Congress has stopped representing the American people at large. I will post other issues that should be put on a ballot for We The People.

If they can ask President Biden to step down because of his age, then they need to do the same to Mitch McConnell, who is 82 years old, and Charles (Chuck) Grassley who is 90, and all of the corrupt judges should recuse themselves.

It would require a vote of 2/3 to approve it. He won’t be able to get it passed nor should it pass. The Supreme Court should not be political.

Term limits on every major government position senate or house and everything else included, get rid of insider trading as well, the government are there working for the people not themselves, so stop letting them profit billions illegally from these government positions.
