How about term limits for Congress and a code of conduct for Congress? I'm less concerned about the Supreme Court and more concerned about our legislative branch.

EDIT: Also, if you don't see how the immunity case directly protects Biden, if Trump gets elected, then you are naive. Trump has accused Biden of weaponizing DOJ... if immunity get overturned Trump can go right after Biden for actions that are part of his job as Chief Executive.

It would take an act of Congress to pass term limits for Congressional Seats.

A bill to have transparency on how political personalities become far more wealthy than their career in politics would allow. Now that would be a very useful piece of legislation.

A bill to make it illegal for illegal immigrants to vote in presidential elections would be another useful tool.
