Vader shows up just minutes after Maul falls of a cliff I would have loved to see them fight or at least have some words of dialogue

It's clear that Maul was cast aside by Sidious in search for a more powerful apprentice. Maul thought it would be Dooku but then he realised that Dooku was just the means to an end and how extensive his former master's plans were.

He could have mentally harmed Ahsoka in a fight against her, which is his favorite method, by telling her that it is her former master that he knows is Vader. And before anyone contradicts me, he himself said in season 7 that Anakin was prepared for this role.

You know there was a moment where Ahsoka and Maul got left alone when Kanan and Ezra went up the elevator. I bet they had a moment and this could've been what they talked about.

Damn I felt that. He was done dirty. Palpatine never looked for him once he found out maul was alive. But showed up only to take everything maul and savage had built from nothing Smh like child support and alimony

I’m ultimately glad they cut it. He hates Palpatine a lot too. He wouldn’t want to go back to him after his former master ‘rejected‘ him on Mandalore.

From what I remember he makes shuttle references multiple times and states being bitter about his fall from the sith.

In a deleted trilogy, maul comes back to be the big bad with Darth talon as his apprentice.
