Thank you for making this video! I've thought about social media lately and how much time I waste mindlessly scrolling. I love the strategy of using other devices! It's 2022, the year to reclaim some true perspective. I love that God gave us all that we need in His Word! Thank goodness real purpose and peace isn't out there lost in some algorithm!

Great video! I deleted all social media permanently except for YouTube a few years ago. It was so freeing! I only allow myself to watch YouTube for short amounts of time.

Love this. I went 6 months without it and it felt so good and necessary! Finally made my way back recently in tiny increments and it feels so much better than how I was using it before (so many hours a week!)

Many a true word! I myself have been trying to cut back on social media. It should be just as you said "a tool". It shouldn't be our entire life or run our life.

You have a lot of reason, specially when you talk about online and offline interactions. To be honest, social media make us less human, it's important to disconnect from the virtual world and to connect more with the real world.

the fear of missing out is the biggest thing for so many & therefore they spend so much time attached to their phones, constantly scrolling. I stopped using Facebook almost 3 years ago now and it has been the BEST for me and my mental health. Do you know what, only 1 person noticed when I hadn't been on there for a month or two.
