When you buy your meats from the store, open them from the packaging, wash, season the meats 🍖 and then vacuum seal 🦭 😄 saves a ton of time.... label 🏷 them like hamburger 🍔 patties, spaghetti 🍝 meat, whatever seasonings you put on your meat write on the packaging along with the date & time you vacuum sealed it.... they can also be used to do sous vide cooking, which is excellent for steaks, chicken breasts, salmon, and so much more....

My dad built a full butcher shop on his farm complete with a walk in freezer and refrigerator and track to move the meat. He went to a lot of going-out-of-business sales to get his equipment. He started wrapping up the meat he processed in plastic then white butcher paper but his heat sealer was a total game changer. My now ex worked at a plastic manufacturer and got all the bags that weren't quite the right size or were over runs and that's what my dad used for beef, pork, venison, whatever he was processing. The fact that the pkg is flatter allows you to put more in your freezer much easier.

Chef Jeffrey this is a nice giveaway! As a single woman, this would keep me from having so many things that I make from going bad. In a regular bag or bowl, I always get freezer burn. I really can't afford to buy one though 😕
